Upcoming Workshops in 2021

If these conversations piqued your interest and you’d like to go deeper, good news! I’m teaching workshops on three entirely different topics this winter – choose one or more that resonates with your interests!

Late January 2021: Voice interaction design

I’m bringing back my world-renowned “Giving Voice to your Voice Designs” workshop – in a 4-morning, 10-hour digital format for the first time – in partnership with Rosenfeld Media. January 20, 22, 27, and 29 from 10AM – 12:30PM Pacific; prices start at $885.

February 2, 2021: Customer context & research planning

I’m honored to debut my new “Capturing Customer Context” workshop at the first-ever virtual IxDA conference, Interaction 21. Tickets are on sale now – $125 for the 2-hour workshop. We’ll go deeper on the CROW framework for customer storytelling and learn how to apply the above worksheets to your own team’s work.

February 10-12, 2021: Multimodal design

I’m bringing a special 90-minute “Multimodal Voice Design” masterclass as part of the multi-day User Experience Lisbon (UXLx) Masters event. We’ll work through a case study where we transform a voice-only experience by introducing multimodal interactions. Event prices start at 295 Euro.
