Ideaplatz is proud to announce the debut of our 2nd new talk in 2018: Collaborative Creativity with Improv. This highly energetic, interactive, entertaining session is a great choice to re-energize a crowd after a long day of mind-bending sessions.
Session brief:
“Improvisational theater performers create an environment where creativity is maximized within an environment of listening and nonjudgemental collaboration. Take a peek behind the curtain as two professional improvisors (and technologists!) demonstrate some of the key principles they apply not just onstage, but their day jobs at software companies as well. All this while laughing your way through the end of the day!”

Our NYC session features guest speaker Jason Specland, a professional developer and improvisor who can be seen frequently performing and teaching at New York’s PIT (People’s Improv Theater.) Together, Cheryl and Jason will perform scenes that demonstrate 3 key improv principles, before teaching a take-home improv group game to the audience.
