This privacy policy governs your use of the opt-in marketing mailing lists maintained by Ideaplatz, LLC.

You may be provided with the opportunity to join our mailing list via a link on the Ideaplatz website, or by signing up for one of our free events.

In order to receive our mailing list, you consent to provide your first name, last name, company name, and email address. This subscription is opt-in only, and consent can be revoked at any time.

Usage

This information will be used to provide an infrequent (typically once a month or less) newsletter with information about Ideaplatz courses and products.

Removal of your data

To have your contact information removed se the Unsubscribe email at the bottom of any of our newsletters, or send a request to info@ideaplatz.com with the email address to remove.

Processor

We use MailChimp as our marketing automation platform. When you indicate your interest in participating in our mailing list by opting in via one of the mechanisms listed above, you acknowledge that the information you provide will be transferred to MailChimp for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms.

Information collected by the platform

When you interact with our newsletters, Mailchimp may record data about whether you open the mail, and whether you interact with individual links. This information allows us to adapt our content moving forward.

We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information under the following specific conditions:
